On the occasion of the World Biodiversity Day, established by the United Nations in 2000, celebrated every year on May 22, we publish the results of a monitoring activity carried out by the Protected Areas of the Cozie Alps in the Avigliana Lakes Natural Park on the Emys orbicularis, the rare European marsh turtle, of which about thirty specimens survive and are at risk of extinction. Un articolo scientifico curato da Luca Anselmo, biologo e ricercatore dell'Università di Torino, collaboratore dei Parchi Alpi Cozie, pubblicato nel mese di marzo sulla rivista Journal of Orthoptera Research riguarda i risultati dello studio sulla rara cavalletta di greto in Alta Valle di Susa.
È stato presentato nei giorni scorsi il resoconto delle attività svolte nel 2024 dal Dipartimento di Scienze Veterinarie dell'Università di Torino nell'ambito del progetto Distribuzione geografica di zecche ixodidae e di agenti patogeni emergenti trasmessi da zecche ixodidae e di agenti patogeni emergenti trasmessi da zecche in Valle di Susa.
