Alpeggio comunale, è gestito dall’Azienda Agricola Challier Alex di Usseaux che montica con bovini di razza Pustertaler, incroci e di razza Valdostana Pezzata Nera. Nel caseificio di Usseaux si produce con il latte delle mungiture del pascolo da metà giugno a fine settembre: tipo toma fresca e stagionata, erborinati, tomette ginepro, tomette peperoncino, bruss, ricotta fresca e stagionata, tomini, burro. Come raggiungere il pascolo: da Usseaux percorrere circa 30 minuti di strada asfaltata.
