Points of interest

The Fontana Mura Refuge is located in the Orsiera-Rocciavrè Natural Park, at the foot of Colle della Roussa, a pass that connects Val Sangone with Val Chisone.

Old mill renovated into a refuge and located at 1650 m. on the left orographic bank of the Chisone river, at the entrance of the Val Troncea Natural Park.

Camping at Alpe Pintas

Active since 2005, it houses the multipurpose headquarters and Visitor Center of the Gran Bosco di Salbertrand Natural Park.

At the headquarters it is possible to visit the Park Museum, concerning the main naturalistic and historical aspects of the park (flora, fauna, geology, geomorphology, environments, architecture and history).

E' centro visita di riferimento per il Parco naturale del Gran Bosco di Salbertrand e dell'Ecomuseo Colombano Romean.

Along the dirt road that leads to the Selleries refuge, 1 km before the refuge (or 10' on foot), you pass near the Jouglard bergeria.
One of the huts present, owned by the Municipality of Roure, renovated by the Orsiera Rocciavrè Natural Park, has been equipped with a wood stove, tables and benches.

The shed is locked:
the keys are delivered at the headquarters of the Val Troncea Natural Park, upon reservation, accepting all the rules established by the regulations for use.
