On Saturday, April 27, at 5:00 pm, at the Gran Bosco di Salbertrand Natural Park, the "Bivouac Chaberton" project of the Claviere and Cesana Torinese groups will be presented. During the event, the film "History of the Snow Cruiser" will be screened. The evening will raise funds for the bivouac, built with voluntary work. Admission is free.
Along the dirt road that leads to the Selleries refuge, 1 km before the refuge (or 10' on foot), you pass near the Jouglard bergeria.
One of the huts present, owned by the Municipality of Roure, renovated by the Orsiera Rocciavrè Natural Park, has been equipped with a wood stove, tables and benches.
The shed is locked:
the keys are delivered at the headquarters of the Val Troncea Natural Park, upon reservation, accepting all the rules established by the regulations for use.
Quota m. 1935 a.s.l. - access with hiking trail - equipment: n. 10 beds, wood stove, kitchen, toilet, energy and hot water provided by photovoltaic and solar panels.
Access via hiking trail - always open - equipment: wood stove, n. 4 beds, spring water at 100 m.
