Interreg-ALCOTRA Project “ACLIMO” - Drops of Change: eight experiences of sustainable water management in agriculture and livestock: a series of eight videos that tells some of the numerous experiences of sustainable water management in agriculture and livestock that have emerged in the area thanks to the commitment of operators in dialogue with institutions, and that deserve to be shared and promoted.

On Monday, March 17, the 2025 edition of the SOS Amphibians campaign organized on the Lakes of Avigliana by the Municipality and the Protected Areas of the Cottian Alps came to a close. This edition was innovative compared to previous years.

The evening is called Drops of Change, like the title of the videos produced by the Interreg project Aclimo on the subject of water resource management in the Protected Areas of the Western Alps. The appointment is on Friday, March 21 at 9 PM at the municipal cinema of Condove (TO) in Piazza Martiri della Libertà, 13 for the first public screening of the films, organized thanks to the collaboration of the Protected Areas of Alpi Cozie with the Valsusa Filmfest on the occasion of the World Water Day. A conference featuring images and words with Luca Giunti, park ranger, Elena Valsania, director, Bruno Usseglio, park ranger and filmmaker, and Alba Meirone, head of the technical area of the Park Authority.

In the Natural Park of the Lakes of Avigliana, the spring blooms have begun. Along the hilly trails and around the Small Lake, the park rangers have identified (and photographed) some beautiful specimens of wild squill (Scilla bifolia), dog’s tooth violet (Erythronium dens-canis), and wood anemone (Anemonoides nemorosa).

Grazie al lavoro congiunto dell’Ente di gestione delle aree protette delle Alpi Cozie e del Comune di Bussoleno per reperire gli assensi dei proprietari privati, si è avviata la fase finale di definizione del progetto “Interventi di riqualificazione sentiero da Fontana della Gerpula al Rifugio Amprimo – Comune di Bussoleno”.

Si svolgerà venerdì 7 febbraio il workshop annuale organizzato dalla Rete Ecomusei Piemonte per l’anno 2025 sul tema: Ecomusei e spettacolo dal vivo. presso Ecomuseo del Freidano, via Ariosto, 36 Bis - Settimo Torinese. L’evento sarà inoltre trasmesso in diretta sul canale YouTube della Rete Ecomusei Piemonte @ReteEcomuseiPiemonte.
