On Saturday, July 6th in Pragelato, in the Natural Park of Val Troncea, at the Rifugio Troncea, there will be a dinner event "Parchi da Gustare" and a themed evening dedicated to "120 years since the Beth tragedy: a drama still relevant" with park rangers Bruno Usseglio and Domenico Rosselli

- Homemade Troncea gnocchi with Pragelato potatoes, gorgonzola, and speck
