Drops of change in the Cozie Alps Parks

April 1, 2025
The Giletta family has been raising cattle in Val Troncea for generations. Following a flood, the aqueduct that supplied water to the farm was destroyed. The reconstruction is taking place thanks to the dialogue between the Parks of the Cozie Alps and the family, experimenting with technical solutions that have improved the quality and quantity of water available to the farm and minimized the impacts on the landscape and biodiversity, reconciling the business needs with those of environmental protection.

This is the synopsis of the minivideo filmed in the Natural Park of Val Troncea as part of the Interreg-Alcotra ACLIMO Project in which the Parks of the Cozie Alps are partners.
