Laboratorio di caseificazione
On Sunday, July 21st at 3:00 pm in Ferrera Moncenisio at the library/Ecomuseum, in collaboration with Ecomuseum Le Terre al Confine, there will be a demonstration of cheese-making with cheese production by Rosario Decrù, technician from Alpi Cozie Parks.
Tasting will follow.
