The 2022 calendar of the Parks of the Cottian Alps is dedicated to flowers.
It is a tribute to beauty and biodiversity that, not being a botanical treatise, depicts together plants that in nature would grow in micro-habitats different in altitude, exposure, composition of the soil. The twelve months, disconnected from the seasonality of flowers, are illustrated by environments: hay meadows and valley bottoms and alpine meadows; high crests and rocky areas and arid slopes; peat bogs and banks of streams and aquatic vegetation; lowland forests and alder and beech forests.
