The 1991 calendar is dedicated to the fauna of the Orsiera Rocciavré Park, established with Regional Law no. 66 of May 30, 1980, which includes the territory between the Susa, Chisone and Sangone Valleys, for 11,000 hectares, in the Municipalities of Usseaux, Fenestrelle, Roure, Coazze, Villarfocchiardo, S. Giorio, Bussoleno, Mattie, Meana. It is managed by a Board of Directors, representing all the Municipalities, Mountain Communities and the Piedmont Region. In addition, an Executive Committee and a President ensure the daily and legal management of the Authority. The purposes of the Park concern the protection of fauna and flora, and the environment in general; the promotion of local activities; environmental educational activities; the organization of tourist use; and finally, scientific research in collaboration with other Authorities and Universities.
