New dry toilets installed Nov. 3, 2026
Probably anyone who passed by the Info Point of Ser Blanc during the summer of 2026 in the Gran Bosco di Salbertrand Natural Park will have noticed a lovely little house situated right at the beginning of the parking lot, in a location – moreover – quite panoramic, once marred by an unsightly plastic chemical toilet. And, presumably, someone may have also used it because it is a new and innovative model of highly ecological dry public toilet that does not require the use of water, chemical additives, or electricity and produces waste that can be disposed of in organic collection.
