Saturday, August 31, Bardonecchia. "Exploring the ZSC Val Fredda" accompanied by the Park Guides of the Cottian Alps, Laura Matta and Fabrizio Burzio talking about predators of yesterday and today: arrivals, returns, and disappearances.
Fee-based excursion of medium difficulty, full-day duration.
Meeting point: 9 a.m. at Rochemolles (Bardonecchia), then transfer by car/shuttle to Mouchecuite.
Essentials: hiking shoes, hiking clothing suitable for the season and altitude, water, sunscreen, and a cap. Bring packed lunch.
To participate, "Leave your car at home and take advantage of the shuttle. It's free!"
