Guided excursion in the Gran Bosco di Salbertrand Natural Park with the Parks of Cozie Alps Guide, Silvia Valchierotti.
An immersive outing, in naturalistic environments of value, with a yoga class taught by the instructor Irene Rossi.
The excursion, for a fee, lasts the entire day.
Essential items: hiking shoes, hiking clothing with garments suitable for the season and altitude, water and sunscreen, yoga mat, and packed lunch.
Meeting point: 9:00 am at the equipped Pinea parking area (Salbertrand)
Accompaniment cost: 14 euros for adults, 7 euros for children/youths aged 6-16.
