Forestry desk

The Cozie Alps Parks manage two Forestry Desks, one in the Susa Valley, in Avigliana at the headquarters of the Natural Park of the Avigliana Lakes, and one in the Chisone Valley, in Mentoulles at the headquarters of the Orsiera Rocciavrè Natural Park, which are available to users to provide information in the forestry sector and allow access to services provided by the Region.

The Forestry Desks are responsible for:

• providing information on rules and procedures for forestry cuts and distributing informational and educational materials;
• receiving applications for forestry cuts;
• managing procedures for new registrations and annual renewal to the Forestry Companies Register

The Forestry Desks of the Piedmont Region constitute a widespread network in the regional territory consisting of 60 offices managed by over 140 desk officers and represent a direct access point to all information, documentation, and forms in the forestry sector.
