Planning compliance

The execution of construction works and/or transformations of the current state of the places must be authorized by the competent technical office of the Municipality concerned, to which the request and the relevant design documentation must be submitted using the appropriate form.
The requests coming from the Municipalities are examined only by the Managing Body of the protected areas of the Cozie Alps as provided for in art. 26 (paragraphs 10 and 11) and art. 27 (paragraphs 4 ter and 4 quater) of Regional Law 19/2009 and subsequent amendments are considered.
The reference regulations for compliance, design, and implementation of interventions are constituted - where they exist - by the area plan, the nature plan, and the specific management plan for each protected area.
