On Saturday, December 21st at 7:30 p.m. at the Meizoun Blancho farmhouse on Via Granges 10, hamlet of Mentoulles (Fenestrelle-TO), a "Parks to Taste" dinner will be held featuring exclusive images by Battista Gai and stories by Bruno Usseglio as part of the project The Roads of the Forts.
Park Menu:
Cured salami, lard, garlic dip
Vegetable flan with bagna cauda
Gnocchi with toma cheese or butter and sage
Roast guinea fowl with side dish
Caramel panna cotta and Bunet
Coffee, water, and wine included
