Among the protagonists of the Parchi da Gustare project are the local producers who with expert hands preserve and cultivate products that often derive from ancient traditions, but in some cases are the result of a great spirit of innovation.
Everyone has chosen to work in a sustainable way and enhance their territory thanks to a network which, through collaboration between the Park Authority and operators, makes individual actions more effective and efficient.
All producers and restaurateurs of the municipalities of the Cottian Alps Parks who wish to do so can join by respecting the principles of the memorandum of understanding.
