Law 18 June 2009, n. 69, provided that «the obligations of publication of administrative documents and provisions having the effect of legal publicity are considered fulfilled with the publication on their own IT sites by the administrations and obliged public bodies». Public administrations have, as is known, the obligation to respect the principle of transparency of administrative action in implementation of the constitutional principles of impartiality and good administration.

In fact, transparency is among the essential levels of services to be guaranteed on the national territory pursuant to article 117, paragraph 2, letter m), of the Constitution.

By online register we mean a computer space, accessible without formalities, in which documents relating to acts and measures are published which, based on current legislation or by choice of individual public administrations, must be made potentially accessible to anyone.

Publication in the online noticeboard is foreseen for all the resolutions of the Board of Directors of the Institution, for all the decrees of the President or Commissioner of the Institution, and for all the managerial decisions of the Sole Director of the Institution and for all the Minutes of the Protected Areas Community.

Documents produced by other public authorities are also published in the register. who require publication on the register.

The citizen can access the notice board from the home page of the institution's institutional website: the institutional IT site is created in such a way as to respect the principles of accessibility, high usability, availability, including by disabled people, completeness of information, clarity of language, reliability, ease of consultation, quality, homogeneity and interoperability as required by article 53 of the digital administration code.

The online publication process of the documents strictly complies with the indications of the Privacy Guarantor on the matter.
