Stand of the Entity in Pragelato - 1st competition of the 2024 golf trophy - Foto Elena Bianco Chinto
Once again, full house on the Pragelato golf course for the first stage of the 2024 Trofeo Alpi Cozie, organized by the Park Authority. Players competed on a very green course, with the weather's kindness granting a window of good weather for the regular development of the tournament amidst numerous days of rain that have characterized the recent months. The format thus confirmed its success, to the joy not only of the players but also of the hosting club and sponsors, also numerous, starting from the main sponsors Banca Territori del Monviso (who also provided the player's kit) and Farmen, with Blackfin displaying a rich showcase of sunglasses for the occasion.
At the award ceremony, the President of the Alpi Cozie Protected Areas, Alberto Valfrè, recalled the spirit of the initiative, aimed at promoting the Parks with the local golf clubs and enabling the collection of funds intended for the purchase of electric bicycles for the Park's staff. With due and heartfelt thanks to those who helped make the event a success, especially including Paola Cavallari, volunteer assistant in pectore.
Finally, the draw for the attendees, with lucky winners of an electric bicycle (branded Banca Territori del Monviso), a season pass for golf, dinners and stays in some accommodation facilities in the area, and many other prizes.
Next appointment on July 27th at the Sestriere golf club for the second stage.
